HORRIBLE experience with Mike, the owner: Left my car at shop one week ago for oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of a defective wheel speed sensor. I received no calls or texts about an estimate. Called yesterday for update and they had already done the work WITHOUT my approval, for $827! They did extra work that I did not approve, and charged $450 for 3 hrs of labor to replace TWO sensors when I knew and they knew that only ONE sensor needed replacing. My tire exploded right off the exit ramp. They were not able to help me since it was the end of the day and after business hours, but they agreed to keep my car overnight and work on it in the AM. It was a very scary situation, and they could have been nicer - but what matters to me is I was safe, my car was taken care of, and they were professional during business hours. I will be going back to get the rest of my tires replaced.
They hate women
This place is terrible and extremely unprofessional. I literally had a flat right off of the exit ramp and pull into their place asked them to please plug my tire and they told me they couldn’t do it until the end of the day Friday or Saturday. It is Tuesday basically did not give a damn about me as a customer at all and left me stranded. If I could give them a negative rating, I absolutely would worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do better.
