Not only did they do a great job on my car, but everyone was friendly, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions. They finished early to save me money on my rental and made sure they didn't have the car over the weekend because of the rental. Great customer service to the point of I was waiting for Hertz to pick me up for over 20 minutes, one of the BF guys saw me waiting and came out to tell me he called them and if they weren't there in a few minutes he would take me to Hertz. I was working with BF Bodyworks through a claim with my insurance company. They made the process so easy to schedule the estimate, complete the work and worked directly with my insurance company to submit paperwork so I didn't have to. They also finished the work a week earlier than they had indicated on the estimate and the work looked great! I am very happy with the customer service and workmanship we received at BF Bodyworks!
