I don't recommend the head spa. During the treatment, a lot of water got into my ears three times. Also, one of the staff was looking at their cell phone during the treatment, and there was a sound coming out from time to time, making it difficult to relax.
Had an appointment booked, scheduled and confirmed. Arrived 5 minutes before, no one was there. Thought perhaps they were finishing with a client. Waited another 5 and another 5. Before I knew it I had been waiting for 35 minutes and no one had come out, despite the shop being open and everything unlocked. I walked into therapy rooms, called out & made phone calls but it was completely empty. Very strange experience and won’t be going back.
I've had an amazing experience at BF Australia Skin and Laser Clinic. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and truly care about your skin goals. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped with the latest technology. I saw visible improvements after just a few sessions, and they always take the time to explain each step and make sure I'm comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and effective skincare or laser treatments!
I had my Nano eyebrow down here ,and I am thrilled with how natural it looks ! The technique they used really enhanced my features without looking overly done. The staff was professional and attentive throughout the process, ensuring I was comfortable and happy with the results. I highly recommend their eyebrow services and facial!
