Dawn from Beztak worked with me and the other tenants of the building in Floridia when the previous manager was not doing her job and then quit. Dawn from 1,500 miles away insured the maintance was done a repairman was engaged and the building was cleaned up to make it a nice place to live She acted quickly and communicated with the tenants. She was nice and very professional. I enjoyed working with her she did her job well from afar.
Had a unique situation arise, Bianca Avery handled it so well, she is a rock star!
Okay, I received some sort of response last night indicating to call have my issue handled. I called this morning approx. 8:30 am est. I called both the leasing office as well as Beztak and neither has responded...wait, received a response to a Google post last evening to call...now I am waiting because the person in charge of handling residential concerns is not responding and pressing "0" for the operator only takes you back to Mr. Cline where you leave unanswered voice-mail messages.
