I had pink eye and called the office and got an appointment immediately. They have wheelchair access which made it very easy for me. The staff was the nicest staff I think I've ever had to deal with. The doctor was pleasant, very thorough in his examination, and was even able to give me a medication when two other doctors said they didn't make a medication that I wasn't allergic to. I would definitely suggest this ophthalmologist if you need one.
My mom had an appointment for 9 we arrived at 850, we waited for over an hour and they had taken everyone else before her. Every time we arrived the office manager Mattie Laviana was rude and unprofessional. Would go womewhere elese if we could but we live in the southington area and cannot affors to drive anywhere else. One upside was when we finally taken in the technician named Sue was very nice and has an upbeat personality, she made the whole experience less horrible.
