They were out at my home same day to repair my central air unit. Their costs were very fair & they got everything up & running quickly. I've known John for a couple years now. Texted him to say my HVAC stopped working (it was a balmy 30 degrees outside) and he was here to look at it within an hour. Luckily it was an easy fix and they had the part with them, so they were here and done in less than 30 minutes, plus gave my whole system a once over to make sure the unit was 100% before they left. John and Chaz came out to my house on short notice and cleaned my AC unit. They also diagnosed why my unit was struggling to keep up. They were professional, prompt, courteous and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their AC serviced!
Huge shoutout to Chaz and John! We’ve been having problems with our commercial walk-in freezer for a while now. We’ve had others look at it and they couldn’t figure out the issue. I would highly recommend BEZ to anyone having issues with their heating and cooling systems. Very professional, friendly and quick to respond. They were here for only a small amount of time, and cool air had already dropped the temperature in our house by 2 degrees.
