My first experience at Bey’s curls was a couple of days ago and I am more than happy. Elsa took amazing care of my hair and the environment is quiet and peaceful. I absolutely slept though most of my appointment lol. I first did a consultation with Elsa and knew I wanted to get my hair cut/done by her. She made it clear and helpful for what I wanted, instead of trying to suggest unnecessary styles/cuts I probably did not need. My appointment was first in the morning, she was running a bit late, but informed me. I got the wet cut and twist-ins. It’s involved shampooing, conditioning / steaming afterwards, the wet cut, twist-ins, and drying last. Just from when Elsa shampooed my hair, I seen a major difference in how my hair looked. Elsa is great!! So professional and punctual, and she educated me a lot about how to take care of my curls. I never thought my hair could look like this. This is my hair almost one week after my appointment. I listened to what she said and left them alone, and my twists still look so moisturized and fresh! Normally by this time they're already dry and frizzy. Looking forward to my next appointment :)
