Love this place. The people are great and my haircut is always lovely but they do seem to always call and ask to change appointment times, which is why they get a four instead of a five.
I have been going to this salon for about ten years, visiting the same stylist. She’s always been able to do anything I want to do with my hair even drastic changes. It’s no surprise she is frequently requested so her books can fill quickly. Additionally there is an apprentice/associate who assists due to this. Unfortunately for me, that means I pay HIGH prices for the HIGH level stylist, but receive LOW level work. I’m so disappointed that I took a day off work, spent $250, and debated even posting this. LOVEEE MY HAIR! Cameron did it and she helped with a cheaper and better alternative! If I need my hair done again I will be coming back.
