The spa is clean, beautifully decorated, and inviting. The facial I had was relaxing, and my skin felt hydrated and was glowing afterwards!
A truly beautiful experience from the time you walk in the door. First of all, it smells amazing in this place. It’s so clean and welcoming. Brittaney is such a top-tier professional and does such an amazing job with skin. She educates you throughout the whole process and by the time I left there, I was so relaxed.
I went to this place on a Friday at 12:30 PM and there was no sign it was even open. No one was there to greet me, no receptionist, no staff, nothing. It felt completely unattended and unprofessional. I don’t understand how a business can operate like this. Very disappointing experience.
