We had a great experience with Beyondstone! We just had granite benchtops installed in our kitchen and they look fantastic! We visited a few stone suppliers, but we found Monica and the team to be the most friendly and informative. Communication was good, the price was reasonable, and the installation was seamless. Beyond stone was recommended from a friend. They were able to fit in my bench top and splash back in a tight timeframe and very happy with the result!
If you want a stone supplier who will actually communicate with you and who keeps to their word - go with someone else!
Do not do business here! After confirming we’d like to go ahead I had to ask multiple times for deposit invoice. After I paid my deposit in July I was due to get a template measured up mid Oct on a Tue (time was to be confirmed) Monday 2pm I had to contact them to find out a time they were coming. They then told me they couldn’t actually come. I was rescheduled for the following Friday between 8-9. Come 930 no call and no show. I call them and they tell me they were busy. Recently had counter tops installed. Horrible company to deal with. Mixed messages; promise a refund then reneg; demand final paym't two hours before installation or there will be no installation; just a disasterous company. I will never ever deal with them again. Certainly cost me more than they are worth. Monica and staff wld benifit from intense courses in public relations, operations and detail accuracy. I wld give a minus star if system wld allow.
