Took a barre fusion class with Vanessa while visiting my family in South Bend and enjoyed everything about this studio! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The studio was clean and the class was challenging! Vanessa had a great playlist and a fun flow to her class. If I lived here this would be my go to studio, they also offer so much more than classes like acupuncture and integrative wellness.
i really enjoyed my time at beyond zen studio! ive only taken one class so far and it was so relaxing and very unwinding just like the class title described. the instructor was very kind and even introduced himself to me in the beginning and shook my hand and asked if there was anything specific id like to work on. i love how inclusive and safe the class felt. i will definitely be back for more classes!!
Came in for acupuncture treatment! Dr. Natalie was very informative and very experienced. Treatment went well and everything feels smooth. Cant wait to feel the progress and continue treatment!
Front desk (and others) were so welcoming and kind. Mary is wonderful. I felt so good after my first session and have signed up for more!
Natalie worked a total miracle! I had been suffering for months with multiple bulging discs and a pinched nerve in my neck that caused pain and numbness down my arm. Thanks to her, the relief has been incredible. Highly recommend!
