This place has saved my life!! Miss Pam and the nursing staff are amazing! They not only care about medical needs, but they truly care about the whole person! Miss Pam will contact you if they don't see you come in. That's not part of the MANY things she HAS to do, she just cares about all of her clients! Mrs Pam has been nothing but the absolute best and has assisted me not just in life but in my sobriety tremendously id recommended this clinic to anyone!
This place is terrible. Since I've been there, they have had 4 different counselors, can't keep staff. Miss Pam is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Never ONCE have I had a session with her, but I constantly had to sign forms where she made up quotes so it looked like she was doing her job. When I told her I needed counseling, she got upset. Said I called her a liar. Best place hands down. I would not have been able to be 9 months sober without BYO. Dr. Conrad is truly the best. He creates personal relationships with everyone & really makes you feel like he cares about helping you. Its very clear he is in this career path because he truly enjoys helping others. I’ve been to a few clinics and I think this is one of the best, they listen when you have ANY problem and they respect your time when you have to go to work… But most of all everyone one is very respectful……
