Best place hands down. I would not have been able to be 9 months sober without BYO. Dr. Conrad is truly the best. He creates personal relationships with everyone & really makes you feel like he cares about helping you. Its very clear he is in this career path because he truly enjoys helping others. Ms. Pam is so kind as well. I know others have had negative experiences. But it doesnt mean the whole place is bad. Most of the time people blow the situations out of proportion. I’ve been to a few clinics and I think this is one of the best, they listen when you have ANY problem and they respect your time when you have to go to work… But most of all everyone one is very respectful……
This is the absolute worst place you could go for treatment. They DO NOT CARE and will put every obstacle and hurdle in your way to make sure you don’t succeed. I have been to TWO other amazing clinics that truly will support you and work as hard as they can WITH you to make sure you succeed. Do not trust this place with your or your loved ones sobriety. They don’t deserve the one star.
Always can expect to receive the best care from highly trained staff who care about what they do, and the patients they interact with. For me, I have finally been able to see sobriety in my future after a lifetime of substance abuse and many other programs along with 2 other methadone facilities. Also. Beyond the Ordinary is just that then some.Dr.Mya is very caring and displays a Christian kind of love of all of her clients giving them a chance stop the chaotic behavior of addiction and focus on getting there life back on track. I have witnessed her turn the other cheek and give people 2nd 3rd 4th and so on with many chances....Her program was a success for me I was able to transition into a stable life style and become a productive member of society...
