Working with this jewelry shop was exceptional! Originally stopped by for a ring cleaning and met Jeff, who is an absolute professional - so trustworthy, respectful, caring. Felt really comfortable here and so came back to have an engagement diamond set. Teri was also a delight to work with in coordinating for us to see some ring models in person (first chosen online). Throughout the process there was helpful guidance, no pressure, and such genuine concern for our happiness. Local jewelers a cut above!

Rude as hell so we left pretty quickly. I suppose it was a blessing in disguise, though, as we found my dream ring at the next store we went to. **response to owner: I said the "next store" not next door :) We went somewhere in the City and were able to get a wonderful ring. And yes it was definitely you. We had been in Walgreen's getting an rx and decided to pop in to see what you had as we had driven past your store numerous times.

This store has great customer service and I’d recommend it to others. I had two watches that needed new batteries and this shop took care of that promptly. Afterward, we noticed that the hands on one of the watches would get stuck between the 9 and 10 hand (it was clear it wasn’t a battery issue). I brought the watch back into the shop and the man behind the counter used his machinery to resolve the issue, as well as replaced the battery at no charge. We are grateful for your help!

Brought in some old rings for cleaning and repair, end result was rings that looked like new, I couldn't tell which stone he replaced.
