They really should get their ordering of the dresses under control when we ordered they said that the dress would be back in February. It never showed up in February then they said April and it never showed up in April then they said the end of May and it finally showed up but that gives us 30 days for alterations. If it took 4 months extra to show up I don't think I'm going to trust them with alterations.

They were great! so helpful and had many options eventhough I'm plus size. They didn't mind my huge crowd and had no time limit. I tried on so many dresses! They really worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Mary was so sweet and helpful! Everyone there seemed genuinely excited to help me get ready for the big day!

Absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly. We were visiting family in Vancouver and myself, my future MIL and my future SIL stopped into just look around. The owner was amazing he encouraged me to try on anything I would like. The third dress I put on( not what I ever though I would wear) was the dress. I started to cry because I looked so amazing in the dress. They held the dress over night just so I could sleep on it. Took my 14 year old daughter to this amazing business to buy her first ever highschool winter formal dress. She hates dresses, hates shopping, and Jeff and Anastasiya actually got her to love this process. I've never experienced better customer service, or seen a staff who go so far out of their way to ensure your true satisfaction. I had the best experience here!!! Their seamstress has worked miracles on my dress! I originally bought my dress in February at David’s bridal, since July I’ve lost 50 lbs. I put my dress on and was devastated because I was swimming in it! The seamstress calmed me and had a vision, not only did she LITERALLY have to take my dress apart, take four inches all around off, hem and bustle it, but she was so kind and gracious doing so.
