Booked an appointment for my daughter for a couple of weeks out. They cancelled on the day of the appointment because the provider could only take one of my daughter's insurances, and wasn't able to take the second insurance. Would have been nice to know this information beforehand instead of cancelling same day on a child who needs help.

been attending sessions here for about 2 years, almost twice a month, and overall the counseling was decent. However, when an emergency happened, there was absolutely no flexibility. On my way to a session, my car’s engine started overheating, and after speaking with my parents, I had to stop driving immediately. I was unable to notify the office in time due to safety concerns. October 8: I inquired about therapy services, specifying that I was looking for CBT-focused therapy and asking whether CareCredit would be accepted. I was told it would.
