been attending sessions here for about 2 years, almost twice a month, and overall the counseling was decent. However, when an emergency happened, there was absolutely no flexibility. I want to share my experience in detail to provide context for anyone considering this practice. October 8: I inquired about therapy services, specifying that I was looking for CBT-focused therapy and asking whether CareCredit would be accepted. I was told it would. Interesting business practices; friends and family have said they are very pushy with scheduling more appointments than could be afforded or within reason of want.
