I have been going to Michelle for years. She is a true professional and always listens to the customer. She is excellent at what she does.
Bad service
I’m disappointed in the services received. I wish she would’ve told us outright that she couldn’t do any of the styles we wanted before cutting my mom’s hair. The upsetting part is that she had already cut my mom’s hair to shoulder length before telling us she wouldn’t be able to do the initial style we wanted.
