My daughter asked for a blow out and she got tight curls. She paid $100 for something she didn't get. She ends up redoing her hair for homecoming. I would not recommend this place for anyone. I normally don't write about it but it takes me a whole day to make that money and she was really upset about it.

Dear Beyond the Fringe, I understand you need a refresher of the definition of Customer service - is the support you offer your customers — both before and after they buy and use your products or services — that helps them have an easy, enjoyable experience with your brand. I wanted my old look back. Pixie haircut with curly hair can be difficult for some stylist... Cyndi did it exactly how I like it.. she was so calm and relaxing to work with

Would not recommend beyond the fringe. Although the lady at front desk was pleasant and friendly I would not say the same about my stylist. I was booked in for a wash cut & blowdry. She was very unpleasant, didn’t talk, showed no interest in what she was doing. Never showed me the back of my hair with a mirror, never asked what way I would like my hair blown out.
