Would absolutely recommend Beyond the Bump to any expecting parents! The Empowered Birth course was so informational and really allowed us to make educated decisions for our baby’s arrival. Lara is an incredible human being and I can’t imagine my birth experience without her. She is endlessly supportive and so full of evidence based information. Highly recommend this in depth and empowering course!
Lara was our birth coach for our first baby. She is incredibly well-informed and is great at educating others about every single step of labor and delivery. The subsequent postpartum visits were invaluable to our breastfeeding journey. I can say without a doubt that she is the reason that our labour, delivery and postpartum experience was so beautiful and seamless. If you are considering booking her for birth support, I cannot recommend her enough. She was well worth the investment!
I can’t speak highly enough about Lara! A truly incredible person. So kind, understanding, knowledgeable and encouraging. We hired Lara as our doula for our third baby and we’re so grateful we did!
