Beyond Reticulation was the third company we approached to have our reticulation fixed but it was the only one to follow through. Communication with Mikel was immediate and within 24 hours our job was booked. Kane, who came to fix our problems, was personable, professional and efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
Very responsive and came to fix the issue with our retic same day. Staff member was clear about the issue, fixed everything and the price was very reasonable. Will use again for any retic repairs.
Knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. Right from Priscilla in the office noting my preference and communicating by SMS, then fitting us in 10 days early to Andrew and Kane’s excellent work and friendly manner, my experience with this company is quite simply the best customer service I have had in forever.
