We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Beyond Pools. We had several issues while dealing with them. The pool was poorly installed and completely misaligned with property. They pitched the pool wrong creating serious drainage issues. Their GC smelled of marijuana and appeared under the influence on the job. The sealer they did on the concrete around the pool was done incorrectly, resulting in a swirl appearance around the whole patio. If you need a pool renovation Beyond Pools is the company for you. Kevin and his team took our 60 year old pool and transformed it into a fresh new look. When I ordered the liner in the office and paid for it without receiving it, I contacted the company and they answered me rudely what I wanted from them. They can't give me information and no responsibility for the order. I was discouraged and didn't know what to do, I went home.
