I’ve been to this place several times but i haven’t been in a while. Now I know why. Booked an appointment just for them to still send me to anybody. The shape of my nails are horrendous. I’m irritated because I spoke up multiple times about the shape and how uneven they are and at that point I was still there for 3 hours. Dissatisfied and paid too much for my nails to look like this when my birthday is literally Monday.
by far the worse experience! i cried walking out ! theyre so focused on getting people in and out that they produce poor quality work . i’ve been here 3 times before and my feet were done good . i trusted them with my nails and literally left heartbroken .
left so disappointed! save your money
