Horrible customer service. They make you wait for hours meanwhile they will take their friends who came after you first! May the owner needs to come back
Unprofessionally- Don't waste your time in the afternoon time. if the owner is not there THEY DO NOT CARE ! I waited 45 minutes specifically for the worker who handles SNS services. I was patient and fully understood she was assisting another customer, and I expected to be served next. I overheard the worker speaking in Spanish to her coworkers, saying things like "can you take her?" and suggesting she preferred helping the customers who had just walked in instead of assisting me. I remember the first day I stumbled into this nail salon. They exceeded my expectation. The staff is so professional and friendly. I have had work done by them all. Countless pedicures, manicures, nail fillings, nail designs, brow tints & lash extensions and I am never disappointed. They can do it all.
