Absolutely terrible experience! I walked in to get gel polish and builder gel removed and left with my nails completely destroyed. I was upfront and said before we started I had builder gel on, and they didn't tell me until it was half way taken off it would cost $25! On top of that, they didn't even manage to take half of the builder gel off my nails. It’s fine if you’re in a pinch and need a sub par pedicure. The tech I had seemed to rush through my pedicure even though I was early for my appointment and it was not very busy. I paid for the “Special Pedicure” which includes a 10 minute reflexology massage and callus removal. My feet are still incredibly cracked and dry and I left with a few cuts from the pedicure. Just felt like he was lazy. Not worth the money or the time I spent there.
Extremely disappointed in the service that I received yesterday. I have officially tried the salon three times each time leaving with different pricing and dissatisfied service this most recent service. I have nails that are uneven. In length, none of the nails have an Apex meaning these are going to break and causing damage to my fingers, Uneven depth of my French, and product all over the side walls of my nails, and not enough product to reach close to the cuticle, nails that are misshaped Leaving my nails, looking like tr... read more
