I am a new mom to twins and was feeling isolated and lonely. Beyond Motherhood helped me normalize those feelings and everything that comes along with motherhood. I love the peer support groups and Mommy and Me Pilates. I also did the introducing solids class and found it very helpful! Lisa, the owner, was so warm and welcoming from the first time I reached out to her, she made me feel at ease and at home. I would highly recommend Beyond Motherhood!
I visited Beyond Motherhood for a peer support group. Lisa, the owner, greeted me with such kindness, gave me a tour and introduced me to her mission. Her mission which is provide a space for those dealing with post partum to have a space dedicated to their healing. A mission that I can already tell she will bring to life in Bay Shore. We need more post partum care for Long Island mothers and Beyond Motherhood is the first stop. Check out their website for their services, you will not be sorry.
