Quality Massages!! Chimaera has undergone some drastic changes and I can definately say it was for the better. The business is under new management and has a new look to it (much more inviting I must say) The quality of the massage that I received was top notch. After talking to my massage therapist she informed me that all of the therapists there went to school for massage. DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL SERVICE! My boyfriend and I booked an appt here weeks in advance for a couples massage for Valetines Day weekend. We got there 15 minutes prior to our appointment to fill out paperwork. When our appointment time came, we were told our therapist was running late because she had to run "a couple of houses down the street." Stay away Got a Groupon as a gift, tried calling for two weeks to set up an appt. Left messages, never got a call back. When was finally able to get a person on the phone were allegedly booked for over a week. I get the feeling this place is kind of shady

One of my favorite massage places I try to get massage therapy about once a week. Chimera is one of my favorite places to go. They almost always have an appointment available that will fit into my schedule and Katie and Amy are great to talk to.
Terrible customer service I purchased a discount certificate for a one hour massage thru groupon. I called and made an appointment. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and no one was in the office, the doors were locked and lights off. I waited for over 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. I called and left a message and left. I got a phone call about 2 hours later and the girl was very sweet and kept apologizing. She offered to reschedule and give me a free foot scrub. What happened to the blue curtains? It has been a while since I was in but I saw they are running another special so I intend to head back in. Horrible Business Practices We bought a WIMGO deal to get 2 massages for our anniversary. We called and made the appointment. The day of I could not remember if our appointment was at 2 or 2:30 so I called approximately 15 times and left a message asking them to please call back.
