ordered raspberry rizz today. DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ORDERED FEOM THEIR APP… THEY ACCEPTED THE ORDER AND TOLD THE DELIVERY GUY THEY DID NOT HAVE ORDER AND CLOSED!!! THIS HAPPENED ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER. Very healthy and fresh
Food is ok. However, customer service is atrocious. The location at 2911 West grand Blvd is the absolute worst. They close their doors 15- 25min before closing almost every single day (I live in the apartments above them). Additionally, I have called the headquarters to report this issue and they have yet to answer the phone after 13 total calls. You seriously will receive better customer service at McDonald’s. Do not spend your money at this business.
The food is good and it’s a great healthy option. It’s really disappointing that they don’t have meat alternatives available for their wraps. You would think a place marketed for healthy food would cater even slightly to vegetarian options (tofu, impossible chicken, etc)
