The store in Woodhaven is the one I went to (up until today) almost every day. The employees were always kind and accommodating. Corporate got rid of the good managers there and replace them with a rude, obnoxious person (Dominique I believe her name is). I’ve been going in for a couple years getting the same thing each day. Generally great folks at each location! I've never had to call headquarters or tailquarters to report. The others comparing this small business to a McDonald's is atrocious, they set their bars weirdly. Thank you guys for making everything fresh
I had a bad experience working at Beyond. As a Black man, I felt targeted and disrespected. Management, especially Jennifer, was rude and unprofessional, and it felt like they were trying to find a reason to fire me from the beginning. I wouldn’t recommend this place as a workplace. And Jennifer would always tell me that I was being watched she never told anybody else that but just me it made me feel uncomfortable and nervous to work there Jennifer fired me for no reason.
Today I went into beyond juice and I haven’t been in there in a while because they don’t have any DEI programs and I purchased a beet hummus salad. It was horrible and I found a short piece of hair in the food as well. I won’t be going back again I will now I will become 100% loyal customer of Tropical Café! When beyond Juicery first open they will serve one hell of a salad worth every penny but now they don’t even have tomatoes and onions on the salad anymore. I will not be going back.
DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ORDERED FEOM THEIR APP… THEY ACCEPTED THE ORDER AND TOLD THE DELIVERY GUY THEY DID NOT HAVE ORDER AND CLOSED!!! THIS HAPPENED ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER. THEY WAS CLOSED ON THE 24th and 25th. I CALLED THEM AND CORPORATE NO RESPONSE. FINALLY SPOKE WITH A SMART MOUTH LADY NAME MARIAM SHIFT LEADER AND SHE WAS NASTY AND RUDE AND KEPT TELLING ME I HAVE TO CALL DOOR DASH. NO DOOR DASH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY REFUND.
