Took 30 minutes for two drinks. They skipped over us, completed orders for all guests twice and we had to ask the employees for our drinks just for them to say that they were being made and still waited 10 more minutes. Update; they charged us twice to add insult to the long wait time and poor service. Disappointing management hasn’t reached out despite this review and reaching out.
I ordered an egg and avocado sandwich for takeout and went to the location to pick it up. They usually put the ready pick up orders On a rack, but mine wasn’t there. I waited for another 15 minutes until the cashier asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for my take out. When she asked my name, she had the order right there at the register. Went in to get a smoothie and asked for a cup of water as I was parched in this 90 degree weather and the service kept saying I can just “order it”. I asked where twice and he was dismissive and kept saying it should be on there then he said it’s on the menu under juicers which I couldn’t find.
