My wife and I just walked into the Tower Drive location and we were the only customers in the store. Brendan was the only employee beyond the counter working on a mobile order. We stood at the counter for ~10-15 minutes waiting to give our order and Brendan never once acknowledged our presence. No ‘Hello’, or ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’…just completely ignored us until we got fed up and left.

Place is good but there is always a LONG wait as there is only 2 employees usually. Summerset mall location is usually on the ball
