Ordered delivery on their app. Got my order and it was missing a smoothie. Tried to call 4 times in a row to either get a refund or have the smoothie delivered but unfortunately it seems the phone is ringing endlessly and then someone is just hanging it up.
Honestly the best food I’ve ever had from a fast paced restaurant.
Carter & Jacob were very nice & made the best smoothie and wrap ever ‼️
I suspect racism. Walked in at lunchtime for a juice. Nobody was in there but they were making online orders probably. One guy wasn’t doing anything, one lady kept oddly looking at me in a non friendly way. Let alone ask if I’ve been helped or anything. 5 minutes goes by & a lady walks in & she gets helped immediately and was greeted!!!! All I have to say is the workers were POC, the lady who got helped was POC and I guess I am a worthless white lady. So I walked out. Won’t be back.
