I hate to do this, since this is my favorite location to visit. On march 1, 2026 I placed an online in-store pickup order for a chicken caesar wrap with an alohaberry smoothie with no banana. When I made it back to my residence to indulge in my order, I noticed my smoothie did have banana and there was a hair inside of the container with my wrap. The Cole street location seems to be more consistent with food freshness and quality compared to other locations.
I regret my choices every single time I come to this location. Leaving this review as reminder to myself to choose downtown Birmingham next time!!
The yummiest of yummy! The freshness is out of this world! The timely fashion was also a plus!
