Came in for the first time for a pick up order. I did not know what to go. I saw two employees and no one acknowledged me. I saw that sign that stated pick up orders here so I went to the end of the counter. Again, no one acknowledged me. I waited and looked around and saw that the pick up was just about a foot away by the wall. When I left, they stated, "have a good day," but never greeted or asked if I needed anything.
Yesterday there was a long blond hair in my sandwich wrap. Didn’t see it until I was pulling it out of my mouth, which is quite disgusting. When speaking to the manager she didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Will not be back.
