Kyle came to help us and we were treated with courtesy and kindness. I felt I wasn't being taken advantage of with upselling or saying we needed something when that wasn't the case. Do not under any circumstances use this company. Beyond Air Services was advertised to me on Facebook and I chose to take advantage of their offer of $130 for a duct cleaning. I called before scheduling and explained the set up of our house and was assured they could complete the cleaning for the advertised price. When the technician showed up, he added another $150 to the price, more than doubling the confirmed rate. He brought in a machine and “cleaned” but am unconvinced the ducts are any cleaner.
