I was impressed by the great concern shown for the patient's welfare in the whole process of obtaining and using hearing aids from them. The testing procedures were very detailed and thorough.

Yes, they are selling a product, but they're also making sure that their customers are getting a good service which is helpful and long lasting to them. The equipment and technol edgy are up to date. The staff are extremely courteous and pleasant. I highly recommended you to check it out.
I had a great experience with Sarah Carney! She was professional and informative but also very personable and went out of her way to make me feel at ease about this intimidating new world I was entering using hearing aids. She also made sure I understood all the details regarding how they work and are able to be controlled in different situations.
