Instead of being helpful, it left me feeling more frustrated than anything. It seemed to lack any uplifting or positive impact, and overall, it failed to provide the support I was hoping for.
The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and rather than being helpful the staff seemed indifferent to our needs.
I love this place
I worked here for several weeks and found that the group focus was highly cookie-cutter DBT-oriented with little individualization to treatment needs. There were several high-need clients not receiving individualized care with a personal clinician with recommendations for aftercare rather than treatment of trauma and high-need symptoms as the client is ready to open up.
