They always behind the schedule. Very unorganized clinic
I am very disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment booked since June 20 and made every effort to arrive on time. I took the bus and then an Uber after getting lost because I didn’t want to be late. About 28 minutes before my appointment, as I was just getting out of the Uber, I received a call from the receptionist asking me to reschedule. Worse service
The reception staff are rude, inefficient, and somewhat incompetent. They've had permanent "now accepting new patients" and "walk-ins welcome" signage up since they opened. I walked in and they told me that they aren't doing walk-ins, and that I need to call to become a patient. I went home, called, and asked how to become a patient. The woman was abrupt and rude, took my email address, said "we'll email you", and hung up without another word. Four days pass, I received no email.
