This was my first visit with Dr Oh. Two other doctors I saw with this office had retired. I was very pleased. It was obvious she had read my records and familiarized herself with my health needs.
Very thorough. Listens. Always a great visit. I feel good after our appointment. She's wonderful
Editing my reviews as I was just notified via email that this practice is shifting to a membership program where you have to pay a yearly subscription fee to remain as a patient. These “enhanced services” that are outlined are basic services that doctors should already provide to patients and I find it ridiculous to expect patients to pay extra to recieve better communication with our doctor or appointments for urgent issues. I’ve been going back and forth for over a month trying to make an appointment. Very inconsistent here and they never answer the phone.
They almost never answer when I call them. I would leave voicemails and still nothing. The only time when they did call back was 2 days later. Dr. Oh was my gynecologist and she was great. She has great bedside manners and seemed attentive and was gentle during my speculum. But, I feel as if it should be easy to reach out to them to make my whole experience smoother.
