They almost never answer when I call them. I would leave voicemails and still nothing. The only time when they did call back was 2 days later. Dr. Oh was my gynecologist and she was great. She has great bedside manners and seemed attentive and was gentle during my speculum. But, I feel as if it should be easy to reach out to them to make my whole experience smoother. Everyone is great. My dr. makes me feel comfortable and listens to my concerns and is patient.
I thought I found a new gynecologist until I was treated so horribly that I would never step foot at Beyond Gyne Health again. They never answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, and they have no empathy for anything going on in anyone else's life. They even have a portal where you can write messages, but when I did, I received a message that read: your message will not be read, call the office. I would never treat a client in this manner and I certainly would never want to be treated by anyone providing me a service... read more
Excellent and love my doctor here. She’s compassionate, really listens, answers questions amazingly, and is a very good doctor.
Staff is very friendly. Dr Oh is great. She takes time to listen and answer your questions. Would definitely recommend.
