Well equipped gym. Never overly busy like other gyms in the area that I’ve been to. Excellent if you want to come in and do your own workout. Haven’t had much to do with classes so can’t comment on that. Cheap too! Definitely worth a go if you’re looking in the area.
I haven't trained at a gym for over 4 years as I have put on weight and haven't felt comfortable training in a gym where everyone looks and judges you. I saw an advertisement for a Challenge for 6 weeks and decided to see about it. Charlie was wonderful over the phone and also in person. I joined the 6 weeks Challenge and the vibe and the place was just what I am looking for. The staff, instructors and coaches are amazing.
