I love this gym. The TRX yoga is my favorite but they also offer bootcamp, strength and other great options. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind and the community is so supportive. Highly recommend!
If you haven’t tried Amber’s Pilate class you are missing out! Amber is an amazing instructor who has a soothing voice, gives clear instructions and isn’t afraid to laugh and be silly as we all try new things. Super welcoming space with a great variety of classes tailored to your experience/comfortability level.
Becoming a member has been empowering. Instructors are all very helpful and informative while the other members in class are very supportive. I love the availability of different types of classes/workouts and ease of signing up for classes through the app.
