I wasn't thinking I'd join a gym, but home workouts were becoming less consistent and mundane, and I was losing interest. I saw an add for Beyond Fitness and Performance on FB and figured I'd give it a shot. I joined in January 2025 and it's been great. Josh and the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive and provide good feedback and motivation. An amazing facility (clean) with all the toys and gear to mix up every workout imaginable! The team of coaches are creative and always positive. The best, and most impressive part, the clientele! This is the least pretentious gym I've ever experienced:) Everyone wants everyone to succeed. Come check it out, you have nothing to lose!!!
This is a great gym! I love the community and the leadership! I highly recommend if you want a family style community and a great workout!
