I took a class here as a mom trying to get back into fitness after having a baby. I did a strength class and I love that the workout is a circuit style. You know what you are doing the whole class. The coaches are great with watching to make sure your form is correct and giving you modifiers based on your individual needs. The community is great as well. Best gym I have ever attended. I was in the best shape of my life a few years back thanks to the coaching and community here. Sadly, I moved for a while and the other gyms just weren’t cutting it for me and my fitness struggled. Now I’m back, the motivation and routine is back, and I’ve made huge fitness improvements again thanks to Josh, Aaron, and Matt. Being here is like having a personal trainer, but also having a really great group of supportive friends. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a gym with community, all class style to tell you what to do, with coaches who pay attention look no further! I followed the owner from another gym but the reality is the members are what makes the place something I can’t give up! Also has in house physical therapy and recovery treatments for additional cost. It’s a one stop fitness shop!
