If you are looking for a gym with community, all class style to tell you what to do, with coaches who pay attention look no further! I followed the owner from another gym but the reality is the members are what makes the place something I can’t give up! Also has in house physical therapy and recovery treatments for additional cost. It’s a one stop fitness shop!
Impressive and spacious gym, functional strength training in small group classes for all ages and skills lead great coaches. Good community.
Beyond Fitness is a great gym. The trainers are knowledgeable and professional and do a great job substituting exercises if you have problem areas such as knees, shoulders, etc. I also like the variety of equipment and classes that are available as well as having a wide range in age for the clientele, particularly those that are a little older like myself.
I am a recent new member and I feel like I finally found a place to stick with! I have jumped around to a few different types of gyms, never quite feeling that connection or motivation. There are high intensity classes when you need it and more slower pace when you don't, plus multiple class times. All of the staff and members have been so friendly and helpful during the workouts- which is important to me to feel like I am doing it right and getting the most benefit from what I am doing. Awesome gym with great classes for all levels, excellent equipment and amenities, and a strong community vibe. The group workouts are especially motivating and well run. Highly recommend!
