Last year when I came, my experience was normal, good even. This year, it’s been a mess. The doctor wasn’t even there when they opened. My appointment was at 10 am, he didn’t even arrive to the office until 10:23 am. When he started my exam, he didn’t have my right prescription, because the three tests they did before the exam, no one asked me to take my contacts out, and I had to do two of the exams again.
