I really wanted to like these guys. Bid was to to fix spa’s overflow plumbing and re-plaster the pool and install upgraded glass tiles. Project started great, project finished terribly. Once the pool/spa got refilled we noticed a leak in the spa. While we both agreed we can’t 100% say it was them, they agreed to leak test it and help me resolve (I was willing to pay). I highly recommend Richard Platz with Beyond Expectations. We had a 20 plus old pool re-plastered, new tile and two small sitting benches added last October 2022. Richard is reliable , very honest and communicated with me throughout the entire process and personally checked the project daily from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to contact Richard, his company is named appropriately. We needed mastic, mortar and coping repairs. The work is exceptional, professional and fairly priced. He truly goes above and beyond. We weren’t encouraged to do anything beyond the scope of our project. Highly recommend.
