Tim did an excellent inspection. Very detailed using high tec tools for measurements. He provided a comprehensive summary with recommendations on things that needed improvement. The cost of his service is very reasonable for the time and care he took. Highly recommended.

I was happy with the inspection Tim Guillama provided for my mom’s house that we will be selling. He went through the entire house inside and outside, the basement and the yard. He took the time to discuss potential health and safety issues and items that we can repair before we put it on the market for sale.
