Beyond Designs & Remodeling gave me an appointment on Saturday 4/25/26 in person at 10am, two days before they asked me to send them few parameters photos which I did, after this they were giving me a reminder that their contractor Kevin will come in person on schedule time 4/25/26 but contractor didn't show up. What can I say? I called to schedule an appointment for remodeling quote for my bathroom. They schedule for next day 4:30pm. We waited and waited, nobody ever showed up, the worst is nobody even call to let us know. So I called the shop next day, the guy answered the phone said the designer supposed to come was sick. This is totally unacceptable. Will never call them nor recommend them to anyone.
Kevin and his team recently completed a project for our family. Kevin promptly reviewed the scope of the project, gave us a quote which we accepted, and then completed the project by the agreed-upon date and at the agreed-upon cost without any changes. Kevin stayed in close touch during the project, and the members of Kevin’s team were professional, careful and considerate.
