I’ve gone to Great Smile Dental for years, religiously stayed on top of my oral health. My employer switched companies so had to find a new in network dentist. Tried this place after having read the reviews and unfortunately it did leave a sour taste in my mouth. Luis the scheduling assisting was great, quick responsive. I’ve been a patient of Beyond Dentistry for 15 years and would never go anywhere else. The entire team is genuinely friendly and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Ramirez more highly. Her expertise is exceptional. Every visit has been a positive experience. If you’re looking for knowledgeable and experience this is the place.
Bad experience. Went in for loose crown repair and they deliberately added x-rays to increase their fees. X-rays performed in previous visit. Lied and said that insurance would cover and presented a $271 bill for copay. Outrageous practice of gouging patient.
Broke my tooth yesterday (Saturday) and it completely ruined my day until Dr. Ramirez came to the rescue. She met me at her office and had my tooth fixed in about 30 minutes. Fast, professional, and truly above and beyond. Amazing experience. Thank you, Norma!
