person that answered phone was very rude- I was trying to inquire about a haircut and color and instant turn off by the customer service on other end of phone. Would not go to obviously!

Holy Cow! Had my eyebrows waxed there & I left in tears. Chu-Chu took off random chunks of hair & one brow looked like the letter M! HORRIBLE! She cut the thickest part ofbrow straight up & down, made a pin thin line in the middle & the end went into a thicker & thicker line completely foreign to any natural eyebrow. Both were uneven, different shapes, height, size, directions & SOMESSED UP!!! she left clumps of hair from my natural line & I was practically baled in other areas. I WAS HORRIFIED!! I AM STILL!!
