The staff and counselors are amazing! Trista is so kind and helpful whenever I want to schedule my and my son's appointments out. When my EAP changed they were very accommodating when it came to switching therapists. Definitely recommend Beyond Counseling!
Went here for couples therapy. It was very different and honestly just not helpful at. I recently found out that he stayed with our same therapist who said she could not do individual therapy due to a conflict of interest. So now he goes to her and that doesn’t seem professional at all when a therapist is not suppose to choose sides. And her being our therapist as a couple but refused to take me on as an individual but my fiancé is her patient then he tells me she tells him about what type of person I am. Would not go here for help: Overall this office has not been the best experience with Therapy care. Which is very unfortunate due to this being a new thing for me to do and you guys were very discouraging when it comes to getting my mental health in line. First I go in for a new patient assessment and get seen by one therapist. We have a whole appointment and finally at the end I get told I am moving to a new therapist the following week.
