I booked online on Sunday, July 4th weekend. I received a response within an hour confirming my appointment. The very next day, we arranged a time according to my availability. Christopher was on time and had my issue resolved within 30 minutes. He waited another fifteen minutes to be sure that my air conditioning was working and the temperature was lowering. It was! Marvin and his team installed my HVAC system a year ago. He is the most accommodating and helpful person I've worked with in a long time. He came back to help me troubleshoot afterwards and allowed me to reach out with any questions that I had post install. I highly recommend him for the quality of service AND the value of his product, which was in my budget!
Marvin is the goat. I'm a little nerdy and a DIYer, so I reached out to many HVAC companies and picked their brains. Marvin was by far the most knowledgeable and it shows in the work he does. We wanted a cold climate system from Bosch so our aux heat won't kick in as much.
