0 stars..... bought a livingsocial for my mom for mothers day. She called to set up an appointment the soonest they could come was in 3 weeks so she booked that day, they never cam ,never answered the phone still don't answer, voice mail not available ,sent them a texted she finally talked to someone but was busy at the vet with her cat. These people are a joke!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I purchased a Living Social voucher. I tried numerous times to call them prior to the voucher expiring. they didnt return my call. finally close to the expiration date of the voucher I had a call back. They scheduled an appointment, marked the voucher redeemed and then never showed up. I have been trying to get my money back from Living Social for 2 months now...spent hours on the phone and have gotten nowhere. all because of the behavior of Beyong Clean Carpeting service

Purchased their service to clean our apartment after move out through LivingSocial. We called to set up an appointment, and waited all day for a call back. This should have been our first warning. After calling back she set up a time (8 am) and went through what we could expect. What we didn't expect was for them to not show up at all! Several calls, texts, and hours later she said she would look into it, but couldn't call because she was in court.
