Good communication. The tech was nice and honest. Couches look decent considering the stains I had. My couch material is light and just the type that's hard to get out stains, which they expressed. I still wanted them clean and sanitized which was a good job Pretty fast service for 2 couches. My only complaint is that they left a big mess on my floors, tracking a lot of water, soap, and dirt.
