We called Beyond Care before bringing Dad home from the hospital knowing he would need supplemental coverage beyond what the Province Care provides after leaving the hospital. We were referred to Beyond Care by a neighbor that also used their services and she explained that we would almost instantly tell the difference in care between them and the provincial care. I was extremely impressed by the treatment that Beyond Care - and Xerlyn specifically - was able to provide me. First, they were able to accommodate me even though I requested many hours of support (recovery after extensive oral surgery) on less than a day's notice. The caregiver that was assigned to me had around a decade of experience working with patients, and this undoubtedly made my recovery faster than it would have been with someone less experienced.
