A "must visit" for your next building/reno job! Very well laid out store with great staff.
Unfortunately, my experience with Beyond Bricks has been quite disappointing. My partner and I purchased brick pavers, paying in full on the day of ordering. However, despite assurances of delivery last Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, we are still waiting for our order. The most frustrating aspect has been the complete lack of communication regarding the delay. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially after making a full payment upfront. Wasted long weekend helping brother, sitting there two days waiting on delivery of bricks which had been promised delivery on three occasions. Still no pavers!
Very poor service. Wouldn’t buy from these people. Promised every day for 3 days that bricks were arriving. Cost me over a $1000 with contractors and hire equipment down time.
